Third-Party Sample Model Licenses
Sample models included in DX-APP (distributed as .dxnn files) are provided for evaluation and development purposes only and are not licensed for commercial deployment.
These models are compiled from various third-party open-source projects, each subject to its own license terms (e.g., AGPL-3.0, GPL-3.0, non-commercial research licenses, etc.). Most of these licenses impose significant restrictions on commercial use, including but not limited to:
- Full source code disclosure obligations (Copyleft).
- Outright prohibition of commercial deployment.
- Mandatory attribution requirements.
For commercial use, users must either:
- Obtain appropriate licenses directly from the original model providers/authors, or
- Use their own commercially licensed or proprietary models.
Third-Party Sample Dataset Licenses
All sample images, videos (the "Datasets") included in DX-APP are sourced from publicly available academic or open-source datasets. These are provided strictly for evaluation and demonstration purposes only.
DEEPX does not claim ownership or grant any commercial rights to these Datasets. Many of these datasets (e.g., ImageNet, DOTA, etc.) are restricted to non-commercial research and educational use by their original creators.
- User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for identifying the original source of any sample data and complying with its specific license terms.
- Redistribution: Users must not further redistribute these sample images or use them in any commercial product or service without explicit permission from the original copyright holders.

DEEPX is not responsible for any legal issues or damages arising from the unauthorized or commercial use of these resources. By using these samples, the user agrees to assume all legal and financial liability related to license compliance.
